Gluten Free Flour

Hello, first of all we want to thank you for inquiring about
our products and we hope we can be of service to you.


Now we would like to tell you a little about ourselves, our family and why we started our business, “T.C.’s Gluten Free Flour”. Carla and Tim have been married 28 years and we have two children. Erin, our daughter, is 26 years old and Andrew, our son, is 25 years old.

Tim works for a power company. He was a lineman until 1998 when he transferred into the control center. He was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue in 1995. That was when we found out how expensive and sometimes very difficult the products were to find.

Carla is a part-time secretary at Trinity Lutheran Church in Salina. She pretty much runs the flour business besides running our household. She keeps busy. In September 2001 she was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue also.

Erin lives with her husband, son and daughter in Salina, Kansas.

Andrew lives with his wife and two daughters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is our artist and designed the logo we use.

When we couldn’t find the products that were needed to be on the special gluten free diet we started getting discouraged. Then our passion of wanting to help others began and we started looking at this differently. After three years of searching and experimenting with different products, we found reliable suppliers, met all state requirements and got organized enough to start marketing these products to others.

Our goal is to sell the best products at the lowest possible price so everyone with dietary problems or with this disease could afford to eat as normal as possible. We use our products and believe they are the best products you will find. If you try our products and think we can do better please let us know. We are continuing to look for different products to offer. Our products are mailed through our local Post Office and we accept payment by check after you have received your order.

Most recently we have added Sorghum flour, Betty Hagman’s GF Flour Mix and a corn pasta line which includes medium noodles, small elbow macaroni, and long spaghetti.

We are always looking for new and different recipes and when we get them we pass them on to others with their orders. If you have any you would like to share please send them to us or post them at the Recipe Exchange where you can find a number of our gluten free recipes. Hope you enjoy them!

We hope to have a profitable business but our main goal is to offer the best product we have to help others eat better and for less money.
